Repeat 2 rounds of each exercises (2 sets)
Rest 20 seconds

1) Jump out & in, half burpees with tuck jump (10 reps)
2) 3 Bunny hops, switch (10 reps)
3) Box jump (10 reps)
4) Jump out & in, half burpees with tuck jump (10 reps)
5) Walking lunges (circle/1 mins)
6) Jugglers/High knees (60 reps/1 mins)
7) Prisoner squat jumping jacks (15 reps)
8) Squat jumps (15 reps)
Water break then repeat!
Challanges:
Plank 1 mins (2 reps)
Wall sit 6 mins or till you gave up!
